Project Vendetta

A remake of one of my original projects, Mobsteroids Vendetta, a twin-stick shooter adventure with an absurd sci-fi narrative.

This project was mainly designed to challenge me as a designer to make a creative narrative experience within the preset systems that I created in the original GMS2 project. I wanted to retain the game's chaotic and frantic nature, while adding a rather serious story behind it all that made the chaos seem poignant to a degree


Originally, the game concept was the first of many different "arcs", however, in adapting this project to Unity, I wanted to condense all of those arcs into one package that told a complete story about Bob's revenge, identity, and acceptance of his place in the universe. While wacky and often silly, Project Vendetta aims to tell a gripping narrative journey about finding one's purpose amongst the chaos that is life.
